Smoothies

Kiwi tropical smoothie

  • 1 Kiwi 
  • 1cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of  frozen pineapple and banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (add more to your liking)

Berry Cream Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries.
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • (frozen or Fresh)
  • 2drops of vanilla extract
  • Add ice if fresh berries were used
  • Add water accordingly for consistency
  • Berry Cream Smoothie
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt


Smoothies

Spicy Sugarlime Watermelon smoothie

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and deseeded 
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, deseeded and diced Juice of 2 limes 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 
  • 1 cup ice cubes 
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)

Keto Creamy Peach Pie Smoothie smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: Liquid stevia or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener, to taste
  • Optional: Whipped cream and ground cinnamon and mint for garnish


Beet juice. (helps increase Stamina)

  • 1 beet, including beet tops.
  • 1 cup of Strawberries
  • 1 cup of Pineapple
  • 1 Lime.
